Alex Stark is the director of marketing for Kane is Able, Inc. (KANE), a national, third-party logistics company that helps manufacturers and their retail partners efficiently and effectively distribute products throughout the United States. Alex is a vocal proponent of collaboration and disruptive thinking in the supply chain and blogs extensively on the Kane Is Able website on matters affecting the industry. He is actively involved in many logistics industry organizations and is a certified, Six Sigma Green Belt, as well as being certified in LEAN Six Sigma.

John Gaudet
Vice President, Business Development
RLS Logistics

John Gaudet seeks and works with new clients and maintains relationships with current clients for RLS Logistics. He has been involved in temperature controlled logistics for 24 years with experience in both asset and non-asset based models. John’s first job in the industry was as a dispatcher for a brokerage company which expanded services and purchased assets in the mid-1990s. John was instrumental in the growth of that organization and purchased the company in 2001, eventually selling the business to RLS Logistics in 2010.

Mike Finn

Mike Finn is a Vice President at Kenco, a North American integrated logistics solutions provider. He is responsible for sales and strategy for Kenco’s CPG clients. He has been in the logistics industry for 18 years serving in both operations and sales capacities. Before joining Kenco, Mike spent 15 years with Transplace and JB Hunt Logistics. Mike’s contributions to the Supply Chain Industry have been publicly recognized. Most recently, he was co-awarded CSCMP’s “2012 Innovation of the Year.” This award recognized Mike’s contributions in taking a collaborative, multi-shipper, cross-border, co-loading project from concept to reality. He is passionate believer in the power of transparent, collaborative networks.

Tom McKenna
Senior Vice President of Logistics Engineering and Technology
Penske Logistics


Tom McKenna, who has 25+ years of experience in third-party logistics, leads a team of worldwide associates that develops innovative logistics and supply chain management solutions. Starting as a project manager of decision support services, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, including director of design and development and vice president of logistics engineering. Prior to joining Penske, he held engineering positions in the research department of Bethlehem Steel Corporation (now Arcelor Mittal) and in its mathematical and systems analysis department. McKenna holds a BA degree in mathematics from Hiram College and an masters degree in industrial engineering, with a concentration in operations research from Purdue University.

    La nube tiene importantes ventajas: ahorros de costes, facilidad para trabajar en equipos remotos, menor necesidad de administración de la infraestructura, mejoras de seguridad, etc. Sin embargo, al comentar con algunos clientes la posibilidad de migrar las licencias de Atlassian a cloud, me comentaron que habían hecho alguna experiencia de migración y no le salían tan bien las cuentas.
