In order to bring increasingly complex products to market in a globalized and connected ecosystem, it is necessary to have closed-loop design, manufacturing, service, and support strategies to ensure superior product quality and support this new norm. Session 1 | June 15, 2021 | 2:00-2:30pm ET
 
We will provide the audience with an overview how Siemens addresses smart manufacturing in the context of functional applications including:
 
- Enforces good manufacturing practices and regulatory compliance
- Creates a self-auditing electronic Device History Record (eDHR) & electronic Batch Records (eBR) and (3) Error-proofs manufacturing processes.
 
Design transfer and optimization
 
Session 2 | June 29, 2021 | 2:00-2:30pm ET
We will provide an overview how Siemens provides solutions for design transfer and optimization including:
 
- Medical Device product and process design including quality plans are transferred to production and
- Design transfer doesn’t mean you simply press a button, in this session you will learn how the Digital Twin of Product and Process will enable Optimization and Quality in production.
 
We will also interview Suresh Reddy on how Siemens products can support this process and demonstrate best practices.
 
Smart Manufacturing for execution and IOT
 
Session 3 |  July 13, 2021 | 2:00-2:30pm ET
Smart Manufacturing is covered focused on execution and IOT. In this session we will be interviewing Greg Robino how to utilize a foundational Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tailored for the medical device industries’ needs meets those requirements. Greg will explain how a solution like this enables Medical Device and Diagnostics manufacturers to meet their challenges of product quality and compliance in a rapidly advancing environment – without sacrificing profit. In addition, we will be talking about how the increasing demands for IOT are being addressed with Smart Manufacturing.

    La nube tiene importantes ventajas: ahorros de costes, facilidad para trabajar en equipos remotos, menor necesidad de administración de la infraestructura, mejoras de seguridad, etc. Sin embargo, al comentar con algunos clientes la posibilidad de migrar las licencias de Atlassian a cloud, me comentaron que habían hecho alguna experiencia de migración y no le salían tan bien las cuentas.
