In this webinar, Jupiter’s Origin team will explore why global smaller companies may be at an attractive point in the cycle, with potential supportive macro conditions, historically higher long-term earnings growth, and today’s meaningful valuation discount versus large caps. The speakers will outline their evidence-based, systematic investment philosophy, centred on four measurable characteristics – profitability and growth, relative value, earnings revisions, and price momentum – and how this process has been applied consistently over many years by an experienced, closely-aligned team. They will also discuss how the Jupiter Origin Global Smaller Companies UCITS ETF (JOGS) provides investors with transparent, liquid access to this actively managed global small-cap strategy within an ETF structure. Tarlock is an Investment Manager at Jupiter and was managing partner of Origin Asset Management. Before joining Origin in 2005, Tarlock worked at Investec Asset Management where he was one of the architects of the company’s investment process and was a member of the Global Equity team. He also managed a number of charitable foundation portfolios. Prior to joining Investec, he trained as a general insurance actuary with PwC.
