Una organización con presencia global especializada en servicios de gestión del talento ha firmado un acuerdo con ReadSoft Norteamérica bajo el cual utilizará su solución de automatización de facturas de ReadSoft para reducir costos y mejorar las operaciones globales. El acuerdo, firmado en el cuarto trimestre de 2013, tuvo un valor de 525 mil dólares americanos. Más abajo fragmentos del comunicado de prensa en inglés.

Functioning under the constraints of a limited invoice processing solution was adding substantial costs to the bottom line. The company quick ly realized the need for a more robust solution with the functionality to handle the needs of its world-wide AP operations.  Finding a solution that would easily integrate with its Oracle E-Business Suite enterprise resource planning system and allow improved visibility and control were also key factors. 

ReadSoft’s invoice automation solution was chosen to replace the installed solution because of its solid integration into Oracle E-Business Suite and ReadSoft’s absolute capability to meet the expectations of the organization.   By selecting ReadSoft, the company will now gain efficiency in its AP department and net the anticipated return on investment.
