New research from analyst firm Quocirca reveals that Critical IT Events (CIE) cost the average European business millions per year.

Organizations reported an average of three CIEs per month (36 per year) with each one costing on average €115,034. A critical IT event occurs when a business application or infrastructure is down, or has a malfunction, resulting in a business process being halted, or users left unable to reasonably carry out tasks and transactions.

Join this webinar to hear Bob Tarzey, analyst, Quocirca, and Matt Davies, senior director of marketing, Splunk, discuss:

The top IT concerns for European IT management – for the first time downtime has overtaken security as the top concern.

Why IT complexity and a growing reliance on IT are driving concerns about downtime.

The impact of CIEs on organizations across Europe and in different industries.
